I'm a licensed massage therapist (LMT #MA103837) and the hands behind Sacred Flow Massage. Bodywork has always felt less like a job to me and more like a calling — a way to help people slow down, breathe deeper, and come home to themselves.

Sacred Flow is a fully mobile practice. I bring the table, the linens, the music, and the warm oils to you — so the only thing you have to do is open the door and exhale. Whether you're working through chronic tension, prepping for an event, or finally giving yourself a long overdue gift, I'd love to take care of you.

Every session is shaped around what your body is asking for that day. Pressure, focus areas, and enhancements like deep tissue, aromatherapy, or hot stones are all yours to choose from.
